Dickerson played for the Yankees' and Orioles' minor league affiliates (1987 - 1993).

1987-89 - Played for Buck Showalter in the Yankees farm system

​

1987 - Teammate of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders with Class-A Fort Lauderdale.

​

Coaching Career:

 

1991 - His Manager, Jerry Narron, put him onto coaching.

He has been a base coach with the Orioles since 2012. He received the job when DeMarlo Hale left and was hired as the Blue Jays bench coach.
