2012 - Traded from the Twins to the Washington Nationals for the 2011 first round pick (23rd overall) and Alex Meyer.

2016 - Signed a 3-year contract with the San Francisco Giants ($31 million).

2017 - Traded from the Giants (with Christian Arroyo, Matt Krook, and Stephen Woods) to the Tampa Bay Rays for Evan Longoria and cash considerations.

 

2018 - Traded from the Rays (with Alex Colome) to the Seattle Mariners.
