2007 - Participated in the Red Sox' 2007 spring training camp in Fort Myers, Florida, as a non-roster invitee and was assigned to the minor league camp on March 9.

2007 - Won the World Series with the Boston Red Sox.

2013 - Signed a 7-year contract with the New York Yankees ($153 million).
